Eye strain awareness
As a professional spending long hours staring at a computer screen, I often don’t think about the strain on my eyes. This will become very clear to you when you start to realize how quickly 20 minutes disappears! At first these 20 minute intervals are irritating, they feel like they are distracting you and a waste of time. But I feel a lot of benefit to it. The small breaks are refreshing not only for my eyes, but mentally as well. It makes you more aware of time which can also be motivating to keep your work on track. In fact, there’s a feature on the break screen that lets you set a goal to plow through in the next 20 minutes.
This app was definitely crafted with care and detail, it looks and works great and I’d say it’s worth giving it a try! You have to stick with it through your work day and make it a part of your routine!
