- It’s every 20 minutes, looking up for 20 seconds, out a window or more than 20 feet away. It’s easy to do, but easy to forget

How do you focus on goals?
- After the 20 second rest there’s a goal setting space for deciding the task for the next 20 minute sprint. Then during the next rest you can click the “Just did it!” button and reset yourself and your eyes on your next goal.

Do I have to do it every 20 minutes!?
- No, it’s fine to snooze the notification sometimes or pause it, some rests and eye relaxation are better than none.
